Meet Slinky, the adorable 10-month-old dachshund looking for a loving forever home! This little guy has already received his first vaccination, with his second one coming up in just a few weeks. He’s microchipped and ready to find a family that understands the needs of a rescue dog.
Dachshunds are known for their playful personalities, loyalty, and curiosity. Slinky embodies these traits, but he’s also a bit nervous in new environments. He’ll need a patient family that provides him the time and space to adjust to his new surroundings. A home with dog-savvy children aged 12 and older would be ideal, as he may take a little time to warm up.
