Phoebe came in as a stray cat with no chip and no owner has come forward.
She is the most affectionate girl. She would let you pet her all day. The perfect distraction! Who doesn’t want cat head butts all day?
We don’t know how she is with other cats or with dogs but we think she would be fine with pet savvy children.
