Meet Freddie: A Brave Cocker Spaniel Ready for His Forever Home!
Today, we want to share the heartwarming journey of Freddie, our resilient Cocker Spaniel who is approximately 9 months old. Freddie came to The Barn Animal Rescue with two broken legs, but thanks to the incredible support from our community and the amazing team at NIVS in Hillsborough, Freddie has received the care and surgery he desperately needed.
We are profoundly grateful to everyone who donated to help Freddie on his road to recovery. Your kindness has made a world of difference in his life, and it’s truly uplifting to see how much people care for an animal they may have never met. Freddie is now back with us in a recovery kennel, and we are thrilled to share that he is already starting to weight bear on his injured leg and has fully recovered.
As Freddie continues to heal, he is also ready to find his forever family who will fill his heart with love and support. He is a beautiful boy with a sweet spirit, and he deserves a loving home where he can thrive. All aspects of training are a must, as he is still a young pup eager to learn and grow.
Freddie is vaccinated, microchipped, and will come with 5 weeks of free insurance, ensuring a smooth transition as he begins this new chapter in his life. He is not just looking for a home; he’s searching for a family who will cherish him and support him through his recovery journey.
